About
Hi, I'm Sam Rudd, a level 4 holistic massage therapist and bodyworker trained by the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, Massage Training Institute accredited.

Before becoming qualified and starting Free to Move Holistic massage, injury from a sporty lifestyle (climbing, running, swimming) forced me to recognise the necessity of taking greater care of my physical body if I wanted to continue enjoying these interests; my own challenges with mental illness led me to realise the true value of understanding the mind-body connection and the benefits of touch therapy. These learned and lived insights have driven a want to help others seeking just that, the ability to be free to move in their own body and mind through a guided nourishing, restorative and supportive touch.
Prior to embarking on my journey with bodywork, I've spent the last decade working in sustainable food and farming, working to support a change in the way we connect with our food and our environment. Needless to say, my downtime is usually spent in nature or cooking!
